Traditional Usui Reiki Training

Reiki Level 1 Training Itinerary
In this immersive training, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Reiki—its history, principles, and hand placements—within a calm, nurturing environment. You’ll also experience a meditative self-Reiki session, lying comfortably on mats with bolsters and blankets, gently placing your hands on key energy centers to promote relaxation and inner peace. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to give and receive a full Reiki treatment on traditional Reiki tables.
By the end of the day, you’ll receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement and certificate, along with practical tips on using Reiki for pets and children.

While Level 1 provides the foundation, Reiki Level 2 allows you to enhance your techniques and facilitate more profound healing energy—perfect for anyone looking to incorporate Reiki into their professional work or deepen their personal practice.
What You’ll Learn in Reiki Level 2
Enhance your Reiki practice with new tools and techniques, including learning how to use the Reiki symbols to facilitate deeper healing for more focused and powerful energy work. You’ll practice giving and receiving full Reiki treatments while integrating the symbols. Additionally, you’ll learn the traditional method of using Reiki for distance healing.
We will also explore the pendulum as a tool for assessing and healing energy, while diving deeper into the chakras to gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body-energy connection and how to correct energy imbalances. By the end of the training, you’ll feel more confident in your ability to facilitate healing for both yourself and others.
Who Is Reiki Level 2 For?
Reiki Level 2 is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their personal healing practice. Additionally, it’s ideal for professionals such as yoga teachers, bodyworkers, therapists, and medical practitioners who wish to enhance their ability to support others’ well-being and offer more profound healing.
Class Format
This class blends Reiki teachings, group discussions, and hands-on practice in a nurturing, supportive environment. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share your experiences, and practice new techniques along the way.
Prerequisite: Must be a Reiki Level 1 practitioner. Completion of entire course required for certification. If you have not completed your regular Level 1 certification with Karyn, please be sure to email your Level 1 certificate in the Reiki USUI tradition to karyn@wellnesswithcare.com at the time of registration. This is required for enrollment in the Reiki 2 certification.
Karyn Force, RN, Certified Kripalu & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and Certified Reiki Master Teacher has been leading Reiki and yoga trainings for over 27 years and has certified hundreds of students throughout the US. Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 and Reiki Master Teacher apprenticeship programs are available through Wellness With Care.
