All Levels Yoga incorporates standing, balancing, seated and floor poses along with some creative flows featuring planks and lunges and is best suited for students seeking a more challenging practice. Attention to breath, alignment and mindfulness. Modifications and variations taught, and as always hands-on assists provided. For a gentler class, register for Gentle & Restorative Yoga.
Gentle & Restorative Yoga is a mix of mainly floor-based gentle yoga poses and stretches combined with restorative yoga. Gain more freedom in hips and hamstrings and release tight shoulders and neck. Improve strength, mobility and posture. Nurture a calm mind and a deeply relaxed body as we practice stillness in restorative yoga postures.
